摘 要:为了掌握河南规模化猪场猪呼吸道疾病综合征主要细菌性病原的感染情况,本研究采集了临床有明显呼吸道症状猪的肺脏或气管分泌物病料样品284份,采用细菌分离纯化、形态学观察、PCR鉴定和药敏试验等方法对感染细菌进行分离鉴定。结果共分离鉴定出432株病原菌,其中猪链球菌132株,支气管败血波氏杆菌145株,副猪嗜血杆菌129株,胸膜肺炎放线杆菌10株,多杀性巴氏杆菌16株,分别占30.6%、33.6%、29.8%、2.3%和3.7%。单一细菌感染为147份,占52%;混合感染为137份,占48%。分离菌株对14种常用抗生素均表现出不同程度的耐药性,且表现严重的多重耐药现象。结果表明猪呼吸道疾病综合征临床病例中细菌感染非常严重,混合感染或继发感染比较普遍,分离菌株耐药明显。该结果为今后规模化猪场猪呼吸道疾病综合征的防控提供了参考依据。In order to understand the infection status of major bacterial pathogens of porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC)on large-scale farms of Henan province,284 lung and tracheal secretion samples were collect4d from pigs with obvious respiratory signs.These samples were performed for bacterial isolation and identification by morphological observations,PCR and drug susceptibility test.A total of 432 pathogenic bacterial strains were obtained,including 132(30.6%)Streptococcus suis strains,145(33.6%)Bordetella bronchiseptica strains,129(29.8%)Haemophilus parasuis strains,10(2.3%)Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae strains and 16(3.7%)Pasteurella multocida strains.In addition,single bacterial infection was found in 147(52%)samples and mixed infection in 137(48%)samples.These bacterial isolates showed varying resistance to 14 commonly used antibiotics and even severe resistance to multiple drugs.This investigation revealed serious bacterial infection,even mixed or secondary infection and drug resistance in clinical PRDC cases.The results could be used to provide reference for prevention and control of PRDC.
