摘　　要：网络使传统的文化传播途径得到了极大补充和扩展,也使各种文化有了前所未有的传播广度。网络文化极大丰富了和开阔了人的视野,提升了人的素养,促进了社会经济生活方式的改变,在工作、学习和生活等方面发挥着积极的作用,但也存在着一些弊端和隐患,是一把“双刃剑”,需要客观理性地去鉴别,科学合理地利用和“扬弃”,通过社会共同努力,营造健康、积极向上的网络文化风气。The network has greatly supplemented and expanded the traditional ways of cultural transmission,and also made various cultures have an unprecedented spread.Network culture has greatly enriched and broadened people’s horizons,improved people’s qualities,promoted the change of society,economy and lifestyles,and played a positive role in work,study and life.However,as network is a“double-edged sword”,there are also some drawbacks and hidden dangers on internet,which need to be identified objectively and rationally,and scientifically and rationally used and sublated.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and create a healthy and positive network culture atmosphere through the joint efforts of all sectors of society.
