摘　　要：苏鲁黔三省的乡镇级图书室,目前普遍存在资金短缺、藏书不符合读者期望、管理员专业性有待提高等问题,同时,由于经济发达程度不同,也呈现出了一些地域性差异。需要从拓展资金来源、调整书籍比例、管理员录用与培训、优化活动宣传等方面加以改进。At present,there are some common problems in the township libraries of Jiangsu,Shandong and Gui⁃zhou provinces.Firstly,they are short of funds.Secondly,collections of books do not meet readers’expectations.Thirdly,professional standards of librarians need to be improved.In addition,due to the different levels of economic development,there are some regional differences.It is necessary to expand the source of funds,adjust the propor⁃tion of books,hire and train professional librarians,and optimize the publicity of activities and so on.
