摘  要:为了解林间应用广赤眼蜂防治黄野螟的效果,以茂名市公馆镇周坑村的土沉香林地为试验地,设置了3个处理:处理Ⅰ,放蜂0次;处理Ⅱ,在黄野螟产卵初期释放1次广赤眼蜂;处理Ⅲ,在黄野螟产卵初期和产卵初期4 d后各释放1次广赤眼蜂。通过观察各处理下林间广赤眼蜂对黄野螟卵粒寄生率和黄野螟幼虫虫口密度的变化发现,在处理后的60 d内,随着广赤眼蜂在林间自我繁殖数量的增加和对黄野螟幼虫发生量的控制,处理Ⅲ下广赤眼蜂对黄野螟卵粒寄生率大于处理Ⅰ和Ⅱ,且呈现较大增长趋势,处理Ⅰ和Ⅱ趋于平稳,无增长趋势;处理Ⅲ黄野螟幼虫虫口密度整体上小于处理Ⅰ和Ⅱ,且呈现较大下降趋势,处理Ⅰ和Ⅱ都呈现较小的增长趋势。以上结果说明,在黄野螟产卵初期和产卵初期4 d后各释放1次广赤眼蜂,可大幅提高广赤眼蜂对黄野螟卵粒寄生率,有效降低黄野螟幼虫虫口密度,防治效果良好。In order to understand the effect of controlling Heortia vitessoides with Trichogramma evanescens in the forest,three treatments were set up in Aquilaria sinensis woodland of Zhoukeng Village of Gongguan Town in Maoming City as follows:treatmentⅠ(released 0 Trichogramma evanescens),treatmentⅡ(released Trichogramma evanescens once during the initial spawning stage of Heortia vitessoides),and treatmentⅢ(respectively released Trichogramma evanescens once during the initial spawning stage of Heortia vitessoides and 4 days later).By observing the changes of the parasitism rate of Trichogramma evanescens to Heortia vitessoides eggs and the population density of Heortia vitessoides larvae in the woodland under the three treatments,it was found that within 60 days after treatments,with the increasing number of self-breeding Trichogramma evanescens in the forest and its control effect on the number of Heortia vitessoides larvae,the parasitism rate of Trichogramma evanescens to Heortia vitessoides eggs in treatmentⅢwas higher than that in treatmentⅠandⅡ,and there was a significant growth trend in treatmentⅢ.However,treatmentⅠandⅡtended to be stable without growth trend.The population density of Heortia vitessoides larvae in treatmentⅢwas generally lower than that in treatmentⅠandⅡ,and showed a significant downward trend,while both treatmentⅠandⅡshowed a slight growth trend.The above results indicated that the release of Trichogramma evanescens once during the initial spawning stage of Heortia vitessoides and 4 days later respectively could significantly increase the parasitism rate of Trichogramma evanescens to Heortia vitessoides eggs,effectively reduce the population density of Heortia vitessoides larvae and achieve good control effect.
