摘  要:柚皮含有大量的黄酮类化合物,具有增强免疫、抗氧化、抗炎等药用活性。本研究对柚皮中总黄酮类活性成分的提取方法进行了筛选优化。首先,选用超声辅助提取法,以总黄酮提取率为指标、乙醇作为提取溶剂,分别对乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间进行了单因素影响试验。然后,采用正交设计确定了最优提取条件,即:乙醇体积分数为30%、料液比(g∶mL)为1∶25,超声时间为90 min。在该提取条件下,柚皮中总黄酮提取率可达6.5%(m/m)。Pomelo peel contains lots of flavonoids,these pomelo peel flavonoids exhibit immune enhancement,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory activities.Thus,the extraction methods of total flavonoids in pomelo peel were optimized in this study.Firstly,extraction rate of total flavonoids was taken as the evaluation index,and ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time was determined through single factor screening.Then,the optimum formulation of flavonoids extraction was determined by orthogonal design.In the optimum extraction method,the ethanol concentration was 30%(v/v),the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25(g∶mL),and the ultrasonic time was 90 min.Under optimal method,extraction rate of total flavonoids could reach 6.5%(m/m)。
