摘 要:航空器中转动部件的测试一直是工程师关注的重点,转动部件的测试主要包括直升机旋翼、尾桨、传动轴、发动机桨叶等。已有的各类转动部件测试中,存在维护复杂、开发周期长、自动化程度底、成本高等因素,因此开发一种高效的转动部件测试设备十分必要,通过采用最小化的模块实现各类功能,提高通用化、自动化。转动部件测试设备工况环境严苛,需具备抗过载、冲击、振动、旋转、高低温等环境。设计采用模块化框架,将采集、控制、供电、传输等形成独立化,模块间高效通讯,各类测试场景下,模块可快速兼容。The testing of rotating parts in aircraft has always been the focus of engineers.The testing of rotating parts mainly includes helicopter rotor,tail rotor,drive shaft,engine blade,etc.There are many factors such as complex maintenance,long development cycle,low degree of automation and high cost in the existing testing of various rotating parts.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an efficient testing equipment for rotating parts.By using minimal modules to realize various functions,it can improve the universality and automation.The operating environment of rotating parts test equipment is strict,and it must be equipped with overload,shock,vibration,rotation,high and low temperature environment.The modular framework is adopted in the design to form independent collection,control,power supply,transmission,etc.,with efficient communication between modules.In various test scenarios,modules can be quickly compatible.
