摘  要:混凝土箱梁桥腹板竖向预应力在施工和运营过程中损失严重,直接表现为腹板开裂现象较为普遍。通过对一种腹板竖向预应力精细化施工方法的研究,以精轧螺纹钢筋作为预应力筋,以自主研发的竖向预应力筋张拉端装置作为安装控制和张拉锚固设备,采用注浆管道串联的真空压浆法,有效解决或大幅降低了竖向预应力损失的难题。经工程应用,证明该方法具有工艺流程清晰、施工方便、预应力损失较小的优点,经济效益和社会效益明显。The vertical prestress of concrete box girder webs is seriously lost in the process of construction and operation,resulting in web cracking.Based on research of a refined construction method for vertical prestressing of web plates,with finished deformed bar as prestressing tendons,and the tensioning end device of the selfdeveloped vertical prestressing tendon as the installation control and tensioned anchorage equipment,this paper adopted the vacuum grouting method using grouting pipes in series,which effectively solves or significantly releases the problem of vertical prestress loss.The engineering application proves that this method has the advantages of clear technological process,convenient construction,relatively small loss of prestress,and remarkable economic and social benefits.
