摘 要:随着物联网、BIM和人工智能等新兴信息化技术的快速发展,BIM技术在房屋建筑和市政工程的应用也越来越广泛。针对悬索桥钢箱梁缆索吊装施工复杂、控制精度要求高、风险大的问题,该文基于BIM技术和三维仿真模拟分析系统,建立了缆索吊装施工三维数字孪生模型,开展了缆索吊装施工过程的实时数据人机交互模拟,进行了施工方案优化与技术交底、施工现场边界条件控制以及施工前虚实结合的操作训练,实现了钢箱梁安全高效吊装,从而提高施工效率、降低安全风险、提升工程品质,可为类似桥梁工程建设提供一定的参考借鉴。With the rapid development of emerging information technologies such as the Internet of Things,BIM and artificial intelligence,the BIM technology has found extensive use in building construction and municipal engineering.Aiming at the difficulties in the cable hoisting of steel box girders of suspension bridges,including complex construction process,high control precision requirements,and great safety risks,this paper,based on BIM technology and 3D simulation analysis system,established a 3D digital twin model of cable hoisting construction,carried out real-time data humanmachine interaction simulation of the cable hoisting construction process,and conducted operational training on construction plan optimization and technical disclosure,boundary condition control at the construction site,and the combination of virtual and real operations before construction,realizing the safe and efficient hoisting of steel box girders,thereby improving construction efficiency,reducing safety risks,and improving project quality.It can provide reference for the construction of similar bridge projects.
