摘  要:目的 为探究动态拉车作业过程中肌肉疲劳及恢复的情况,避免作业人员肌肉疲劳累积,预防肌肉骨骼损伤(MSDs)。方法 设计模拟动态拉车作业,邀请20名大学男生作为被试,记录6 min恢复过程中拉力和主观疲劳(RPE)的变化,分析拉力的下降和恢复情况。结果 负荷显著影响最大耐受时间(MET)和拉力下降速率;恢复期拉力%MVC随时间显著递增,RPE则随时间显著下降;45 kg的拉力恢复速率<30 kg拉力恢复速率;恢复期1 min的拉力恢复速度最快,之后逐渐下降。结论 45 kg负荷产生的肌肉疲劳较30 kg负荷严重,更难以恢复;拉车作业结束后6min休息对拉力恢复和肌肉疲劳有明显改善作用。Objective In order to explore the situation of muscle fatigue and recovery for dynamic truck pulling task and avoid the accumulation of muscular fatigue for workers and prevent them from developing MSDs.Methods A simulated dynamic truck pulling work was designed and 20 male college students were recruited as participants.The variation of tension and RPE during 6min recovering period were recorded and then the decrease rate of the pulling strength and recovery were analyzed.Results Load significantly affected MET and the decrease rate of the pulling strength.During recovering period,maximum values of force was increased significantly with the time while RPE was declined significantly.The recovery rate of the pulling strength under 45kg load was lower than 30kg load.The recovery rate of the pulling strength was the fastest in the initial 1 min and then slowed down.Conclusion The muscle fatigue caused by 45kg load was worse than that caused by 30kg load,and so as to the recovery.The pulling strength and muscle fatigue improved significantly after 6min recovery period.
