补肾活血法联合人工周期对宫腔粘连术后子宫内膜容受性影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评估补肾活血法联合人工周期治疗对宫腔粘连术后子宫内膜容受性影响的有效性。方法:检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库,筛选时限为建库至2022年3月,有关中药联合人工周期治疗宫腔粘连的随机对照试验。用RevMan 5.4软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献11篇。Meta分析结果显示,试验组临床有效率[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.17,1.35),P<0.00001]、术后再粘连率[RR=0.44,95%CI(0.28,0.70),P=0.0006]、术后妊娠率[RR=1.86,95%CI(1.39,2.49),P<0.0001]、子宫动脉搏动指数[MD=-0.22,95%CI(-0.28,-0.17),P<0.00001]、子宫动脉阻力指数[MD=-0.11,95%CI(-0.16,-0.05),P<0.0001]、子宫内膜厚度[MD=1.33,95%CI(1.01,1.64),P<0.00001]优于对照组。结论:补肾活血法联合人工周期治疗对宫腔粘连分离术后子宫内膜容受性的效果优于单纯人工周期治疗。Objective:Systematic evaluate the effectiveness of the Bushen Huoxue therapy(补肾活血法)combined with artificial cycle therapy on endometrial receptivity after intrauterine adhesions.Methods:The PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases were searched.The screening time limit is for the randomized controlled trials of TCM combined with artificial cycle for the treatment of intrauterine adhesions until March 2022.The data were Meta-analyzed with RevMan 5.4 software.Results:A total of 11 papers were included,and the results of the Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group had a clinical efficacy[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.17,1.35),P<0.00001],postoperative recosthesis rate[RR=0.44,95%CI(0.28,0.70),P=0.0006],postoperative pregnancy rate[RR=1.86,95%CI(1.39,2.49),P<0.0001],uterine artery pulsation index[MD=-0.22,95%CI(-0.28,-0.17),P<0.00001],uterine arterial resistance index[MD=-0.11,95%CI(-0.16,-0.05),P<0.0001],endometrial thickness[MD=1.33,95%CI(1.01,1.64),P<0.00001]were better than the control group.Conclusion:The effect of the Bushen Huoxue therapy combined with artificial cycle therapy on endometrial receptivity after uterine adhesion isolation is better than that of the artificial cycle alone.
