基于数据挖掘探析中医治疗恶性肿瘤相关营养不良的处方规律

摘　　要：目的:研究中医治疗恶性肿瘤相关营养不良的用药特点,为临床提供参考。方法:检索中国知网建库至2021年12月中医治疗恶性肿瘤相关营养不良的临床处方,将收集到的复方进行频数、关联规则和聚类等分析。结果:共筛选有效处方61首,中药122味,频次共计663次,以白术用药次数最多;以温性、甘味、入脾经药居多;以补气类药物为最;聚类分析出2个药组,关联规则以白术为核心。结论:营养不良在恶性肿瘤患者中发生的比例极高,中医在治疗恶性肿瘤相关营养不良方面具有独特优势。中医治疗以益气健脾为准则,以甘温药物为主,以脾、胃、肺经为要,处方以补中益气汤为核心。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of TCM for the treatment of malignant tumor malnutrition,and provide a reference for the clinical use.Methods:The clinical prescriptions of TCM for the treatment of malignant tumor malnutrition from the CNKI establishment until December 2021 were retrieved.The frequency,association rules and clustering of the collected compound prescriptions was analyzed.Results:A total of 61 effective prescriptions and 122 TCM medicines were screened,with a total frequency of 663 times.The highest frequency of use was Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae).Most of them were warm,sweet and the spleen meridian medicine,with tonifying medicine as the most.Two medicine groups were obtained by high-frequency medicine clustering,and the correlation rule analysis showed that Baizhu was the core medicine.Conclusion:Malnutrition occurs in a very high proportion of patients with malignant tumors,TCM in the treatment of malignant tumor malnutrition has a unique advantage.The main core TCM treatment principle of malignant tumor malnutrition is invigorating Qi(气)and tonifying spleen.The main medicine used are sweet and warm medicine,which mainly are absorbed by the spleen meridian,stomach meridian and lung meridian.The Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)is the core prescription.
