安德明主任治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征经验

摘　　要：肠易激综合征可以分为腹泻型、便秘型、混合型等。腹泻型患者在临床上出现腹痛腹泻,另外还往往伴有身体消瘦、乏力、贫血等症状。疾病迁延日久,反复发作会严重影响患者的生活质量。西医治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征不良反应大,易反复。中医药在治疗本病方面有确切优势。甘肃省天水市中医医院安德明主任认为,该病以脾胃气虚为根本病机,在治法上应以健脾为主,佐以运脾化湿、温补脾肾、调和肝脾等法。同时老师非常重视肝主疏泄对脾胃系疾病的作用,肝疏泄调达,则脾升胃降,水谷得以消化吸收;肝失疏泄,脾胃运化失调,故在治疗本病时常配合调肝之品。文章结合案例介绍安德明主任治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的经验,以期为临床提供参考。Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)can be divided into diarrheal IBS,constipation IBS,and mixed IBS.Diarrheal IBS patients are generally mainly manifested as abdominal pain diarrhea,and patients have the symptoms of physical emaciation,fatigue,anemia and other symptoms.For a long time,repeated disease will seriously affect the life quality of patients.Western medicine has great adverse reactions and easy to repeat.TCM has definite advantages in treating this disease.Director AN Deming from Gansu Province Tianshui City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the spleen and stomach deficiency is the fundamental pathogenesis.The treatment should be based on invigorating the spleen.At the same time,the teacher attaches great importance to the role of liver main drainage on spleen and stomach diseases,and when liver drainage is regulated,Pisheng Weijiang(脾升胃降),and the nutrition can be digested and absorbed.Liver loss and leakage,spleen and stomach mobilization disorders,so in the treatment of this disease often cooperate with liver regulating products.This paper introduces the experience of Director AN Deming in treating diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome,in order to make a clinical reference.
