摘　　要：慢性肝病是由各种病因导致慢性肝脏疾病的统称。此类疾病以肝功能受损为主要表现,患者的症状也不同,可能会出现乏力、恶心、呕吐、上腹不适、肝区隐痛等症状。甘肃省天水市第四人民医院李德珍主任医师治疗肝病有丰富的临床经验,尤其对慢性肝病有独到的见解和体会。他认为湿热毒邪是慢性肝病的主要病因。治疗上,他强调调理气机、固护脾肾。他主张慢性肝病早期治疗应疏肝解郁,重视脾胃升降;后期治疗应调和脏腑,健脾补肾。文章结合案例介绍李德珍主任从“祛邪扶正”治疗慢性肝病的成功经验,以期为临床提供参考。Chronic liver disease is a general term for chronic liver disease caused by various reasons.This kind of disease is mainly characterized by impaired liver function.The symptoms of patients with chronic liver disease are also different,and they may have symptoms such as fatigue,nausea,vomiting,upper abdominal discomfort,and dull pain in the liver area.Chief physician LI Dezhen of the Fourth People’s Hospital of Tianshui,Gansu Province,has rich clinical experience in treating liver diseases,especially in chronic liver diseases.He believes that dampness and heat is the main cause of chronic liver disease.He advocated that early treatment of chronic liver disease should be soothing liver depression,and paying attention to the spleen and stomach lifting,late treatment should be reconciling organs,and paying attention to invigorating the spleen and tonifing the kidney.This paper introduces chief physician LI Dezhen’s successful experience of treating chronic liver disease from the aspect of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors through empirical case analysis,in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
