基于地域特征的粤西乡镇中心卫生院建筑设计探讨

摘　　要：通过粤西的3个中心卫生院典型实例结合理论,从地域气候特点探讨总平面组合形式,医疗功能流线和人性化设计等方面对各布局类型和模式进行解析其特点、关联性和设计关键点;建立了粤西地区卫生院的建筑布局类型列表,并得出适宜的布局类型;本文旨在从整体设计角度出发为中心卫生院的建筑设计研究提供新的思维和内容;为乡镇卫生院建筑设计研究提供重要的基础资料,对乡镇卫生院建筑设计理论进行有利补充。Based on the typical case theory of three central health centers in Western Guangdong,discusses the combination form of total plane,streamline of medical function and humanized design from the perspective of regional climate characteristics,and analyzes the layout types and modes,their characteristics,correlation and key points of design.The list of building layout types of health centers in western Guangdong was established and the appropriate layout types were obtained.Aims to provide new thinking and content for the architectural design research of central health center from the perspective of overall design.It provides important basic data for the research of hospital building design,and makes a favorable supplement to the theory of hospital building design.
