摘  要:佛山某超限高层建筑含一栋高145.9 m的A塔和一栋高103.7 m的B塔,均采用框架-核心筒结构。A塔和B塔在96.6 m处通过跨度18.5~28.3 m的钢连廊连为一体,连接节点通过设置铅芯橡胶支座实现。结构存在扭转不规则、刚度突变、多塔、连体等不规则情况。按照设定的性能目标,采用多个软件对结构进行弹性计算、中震验算及罕遇地震下的弹塑性动力时程分析。计算结果表明,小震下结构完全处于弹性,中震及罕遇地震下各项指标均满足要求,结构可达到抗震性能目标C。根据计算分析结果和概念设计方法,对关键和重要构件采取了针对性的加强措施,保证了结构在地震作用下的承载力及延性,确保结构安全合理。A project is a complex over-limit high-rise building in Foshan,including a 145.9 m high tower A and a 103.7 m high tower B,they are all using frame-core wall structure.On the 96.6 m high,tower A and tower B are connected by a steel structure corridor with a span of 18.5~28.3 m,and the connection nodes are constructed by setting up lead-core rubber bearings.The structures have irregularities such as torsion irregular,sudden changes in stiffness,multiple towers and complex connections.According to the predefined performance objectives,multiple softwares are used to carry out elastic design,checking design under fortification earthquakes and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes.The calculation results show that the structure is completely elastic under small earthquakes,all indicators meet the requirements of the code under moderate and rare earthquakes,and the structure can reach the seismic performance target C.According to the calculation and analysis results and the conceptual design method,targeted strengthening measures have been taken for key and important components to ensure the bearing capacity and ductility of the structure under earthquake,and ensure the safety and rationality of the structure.
