摘  要:广州某超高层建筑地上63层,地下6层,屋面结构高度288 m,幕墙顶总高度296 m。针对该超高层建筑的特性,受业主要求,从受力性能和经济性出发,对带加强层(腰桁架、伸臂)的钢管混凝土柱框架+混凝土核心筒结构体系两种混合结构方案和型钢混凝土柱(圆形、方形)、圆钢管混凝土柱混凝土梁框架+混凝土核心筒3种钢筋混凝土结构方案共5种方案的可行性、优缺点和经济性进行了对比分析,带腰桁架加强层的钢管混凝土柱框架+混凝土核心筒混合结构体系其综合成本造价最优,施工工期短,确定为最终的结构方案,可为今后相似条件的结构选型提供一定的借鉴作用。A super high-rise building in Guangzhou contains 63 stories above ground,6 stories below ground.The total structural height of the building is 288 m,total Architecture curtain height is 296 m.In view of the particularity of the super high-rise building,as required by the developer,five different structural form were compared from the perspective of the mechanical behavior and economical efficiency,which contain circular CFT column frame and concrete core tube with middle truss or Outrigger truss strengthened stories two kinds of hybrid structure schemes and steel reinforced concrete column(circular,square),circular CFT column frame+concrete core tube three kinds of reinforced concrete structure schemes.Finally,circular CFT column frame and concrete core tube with middle truss strengthened stories selected as the structural design scheme,because its comprehensive cost is optimal and shorter construction period,which can provide some reference for the structural selection under similar conditions in the future.
