摘 要:以某位于高烈度区及Ⅳ类场地的医院门诊住院综合楼建筑为研究背景,对其采用设置应力释放孔、减震阻尼器和两阶段的设计思路进行计算分析。得出以下结论:通过设置应力释放孔,能很大程度的削弱管桩沉桩过程中得挤土效应;通过增设了阻尼器进行消能减震设计,能有效降低结构在地震下的动力响应。在高烈度区、场地类别为Ⅳ类场地的重点设防类建筑结构设计过程中可采用两阶段的设计思路进行抗震性能设计。Based on the research background of a hospital outpatient and inpatient complex building located in a high intensity area and a class IV site,the paper calculated and analyzed the design idea of stress release hole,shock absorber and two-stage design.The following conclusions are drawn:by setting the stress release hole,the soil squeezing effect can be greatly weakened in the process of pipe pile sinking.The dynamic response of the structure can be reduced effectively by adding a damper to the design of energy dissipation and shock absorption.The two-stage design idea can be used in the design process of the high-intensity area and the key fortification building structure of the site categoryⅣsite.
