摘 要:广州某超限高层建筑,结构体系为部分框支剪力墙结构,转换层位于11层。框支转换部位受力复杂,高位转换对结构抗震不利,应专门分析并采取有效措施。文章采用ABAQUS对其中一个框支转换部位进行有限元分析,研究其受力特点并进行承载力验算,寻找薄弱部位并提出加强措施。结果表明,该框支转换结构承载力整体满足要求,地震作用为控制工况;在连接节点区域存在应力集中现象,当被托换剪力墙的净托换长度较大时更为明显,需采取构造加强措施改善其受力性能。The structural system of an ultra-limit high-rise building in Guangzhou is partial frame-supported shear wall structure,and the transfer story is located on the 11th floor.The stress distribution of the frame-supported transfer region is complex and the high-level transfer is unfavorable for the seismic performance,so special analysis and effective measures should be taken.The finite element analysis of a frame-supported transfer region was carried out based on the software ABAQUS,including studying its mechanical characteristics and then checking its bearing capacity,identifying the weak part and then proposing strengthening measures.The results indicate that the overall bearing capacity of the frame-supported transfer structure meets the requirements,and the seismic action is the control condition.Structure strengthening measures were proposed to improve its mechical performance according to the phenomenon of stress concentration at the connection joints,which is more obvious when the dimension of net supported shear wall is large.
