摘　　要：以安全鉴定结果为依据,对广州市某老旧建筑进行了改造加固结构设计,将宿舍楼改造为艺术展馆。将多层砖砌体结构改造为多层多排柱内框架砖砌体结构,进行了水平位移计算和稳定性验算,并提出了空心楼板设计和屋面板处理措施。建筑立面的统一改造与内部的翻新改造相结合,并改变原建筑物使用功能,使原来的危旧物业变身为多功能中心,可为同类老旧建筑的改造加固设计提供参考和借鉴。Based on the safety appraisal results,the renovation and reinforcement structure design is carried out on an old building in Guangzhou,transforming the dormitory building into an art exhibition hall.The multistory brick masonry structure is transformed into a multistory and multi row column inner frame brick masonry structure.The horizontal displacement calculation and stability check calculation are carried out,and the hollow floor design and roof slab treatment measures are proposed.The unified renovation of the building facade is combined with the internal renovation,and the original building functions are changed to transform the hazardous old property into a multi-functional center,can provide reference for the renovation and reinforcement design of similar old buildings.
