摘　　要：发热门诊是各级医疗机构在防控急性传染病期间设立的,专门用于排查疑似传染病人,治疗发热患者的专用诊室。为了提高患者的就诊舒适度,同时避免发生院内感染,本文通过工程设计案例,总结了发热门诊项目通风空调系统的设计要点,提出发热门诊暖通设计应首先保证空气品质与热舒适性,其次利用压差梯度控制清洁区、半污染区和污染区气流有序流动,最后采取过滤、消毒、杀菌等手段减少环境影响的工程设计方法。Fever clinics are established by medical institutions at all levels during the prevention and control of acute infectious diseases.They are dedicated to screening suspected infectious patients and treating fever patients.In order to improve the patient's comfort and avoid nosocomial infection,summarizes the design points of the ventilation and air-conditioning system of the fever clinic project through engineering design cases,and proposes that the HVAC design of the fever clinic should first ensure the air quality and thermal comfort,and then use the The pressure gradient controls the orderly flow of air in the clean area,semi-polluted area,and polluted area,and finally adopts an engineering design method to reduce environmental impact by means of filtration,disinfection,and sterilization.
