摘 要:针对现有浮空器阀门在开启后供电中断时无法关闭,造成囊体内气体持续泄漏,存在较大安全隐患,设计一款断电后可自动关闭密封和随囊体压力升高自动开启泄压的浮空器阀门。首先进行阀门运动机构设计,建立数学模型,采用CATIA运动仿真技术分析阀门的运动状态,然后利用MATLAB仿真分析得到阀门开度与开启拉力、开启压力以及电机输出力矩的关系,最后通过阀门动作性能试验、开启压力试验、开启拉力与阀门开度试验对阀门进行验证。结果表明,该浮空器阀门具有断电自动关闭密封和随囊体压力升高自动开启泄压的功能,可较好地应用在浮空器上。In view of the fact that the existing aerostat valve cannot be closed when the power supply is interrupted after opening,which result in continuous gas leakage in the capsule and great safety risks,an aerostat valve is designed to automatically close the seal after power failure and automatically open the pressure relief as the pressure of the capsule increases.Firstly,the valve motion mechanism is designed,the mathematical model is established,and the motion state of the valve is analyzed using CATIA motion simulation technology.Then,the relationship between the valve opening and opening tension,opening pressure and motor output torque is obtained by MATLAB simulation analysis.Finally,the valve is verified through the valve performance test,opening pressure test,opening tension test and valve opening test.The results show that the valve of the aerostat has the functions of automatically closing the seal after power failure and automatically opening the pressure relief with the increase of the pressure of the capsule,which can be applied to the aerostat.
