摘  要:为研究某型离心传感器对航空涡轮喷气发动机放气带工作稳定性的影响,使用RecurDyn软件和Fluent软件对该离心传感器的传动链和内部流场进行仿真分析。研究得出,离心传感器输入轴与轴套的间隙、离心传感器微动开关接通/断开时分油活门的开度,均对发动机放气带工作产生影响;减小离心传感器输入轴与轴套的间隙,可提高发动机放气带的工作稳定性;离心传感器微动开关接通/断开时分油活门开度较小,分别位于0.008~0.016 mm之间和0.008 mm附近,分油活门开度越小对发动机放气带的工作稳定性影响越大,可适当增大工作时分油活门的开度提高发动机放气带的工作稳定性。研究方法可对同类故障分析提供一定参考。In order to study the influence of a centrifugal sensor on the working stability of the air release belt of an aviation turbojet engine,RecurDyn and Fluent software are used to simulate the transmission chain and internal flow field of the centrifugal sensor.The results show that the clearance between input shaft and shaft sleeve of the centrifugal sensor,as well as the opening of the distributing valve when the centrifugal sensor microswitch is on/off,has an impact on the work of aeroengine bleed belt.Reducing the clearance between the input shaft and the shaft sleeve can improve the working stability of the engine bleed belt.When the microswitch of centrifugal sensor is turned on/off,the opening of the distributing valve is small,located between 0.008~0.016 mm and around 0.008 mm.The smaller the opening of the distributing valve,the greater the impact on the working stability of the aeroengine bleed belt.It is possible to increase the opening of the distributing valve during operation to improve the working stability of the aeroengine bleed belt.The research method can provide some reference for similar fault analysis.
