摘  要:采用真空压力浸渗法制备了B_(4)C体积分数约为60%的B_(4)C/ZL301复合材料,对基体材料和B_(4)C/ZL301复合材料微观组织、显微硬度、摩擦磨损及压缩性能进行测试分析。结果表明,采用真空压力浸渗法制备的B_(4)C/ZL301复合材料组织致密,增强相颗粒分布均匀,界面结合良好。复合材料的性能明显提高:平均显微硬度为252.00 HV,比铝合金基体(72.08 HV)提高了249.6%;平均摩擦因数为0.214,较铝合金基体(0.385)明显减小;复合材料的压缩强度相对于基体材料提升了9.1%。B_(4)C/ZL301 composite with volume fraction of B_(4)C about 60%is prepared by vacuum pressure infiltration method.The microstructure,microhardness,friction and wear and compression properties of the matrix and B_(4)C/ZL301 composite are tested and analyzed.The results show that the B_(4)C/ZL301 composites prepared by vacuum pressure infiltration have a dense microstructure,uniform distribution of reinforced particles and good interfacial bonding.The average hardness of the composites is significantly increased from 72.08 HV to 252.0 HV,an increase of approximately 249.6%,compared to the aluminum alloy matrix.The average friction coefficient of the composites decreases significantly from the average of 0.385 to 0.214.The compressive strength of the composite is increased by 9.1%compared with that of the base material.
