摘 要:基于ANSYS Workbench研究了压力容器上接管倾斜角度、内伸长度、接管壁厚、补强圈厚度和肋板厚度5个因素对接管应力分布和补强效果的影响。结果表明:轴向接管倾斜角度越小应力集中越严重,而厚壁管补强、补强圈补强和内伸管补强均有一定补强效果,补强效果依次降低;切向接管倾斜角度越大应力集中越严重,厚壁管补强和补强圈补强具有一定的补强效果,厚壁管补强效果优于补强圈补强;肋板补强对两种非径向接管均无明显的补强效果。In this paper,having ANSYS Workbench based to investigate influences of the inclination angle,inner tube’s length,nozzle’s wall thickness,reinforcing ring thickness and that of the rib plate of the pressure vessel’s upper nozzle on the nozzle’s stress distribution and reinforcement effect was implemented.The results show that,smaller inclination angle of the axial nozzle leads to more serious stress concentration,and the reinforcement of thick wall pipe,reinforcement ring and inner extension pipe has certain reinforcement effect and their reinforcement effect decreases in turn;the greater inclination angle of the tangential nozzle causes more serious stress concentration,and the reinforcement of thick wall pipe and reinforcement ring has certain reinforcement effect,and the reinforcement of thick wall pipe outperforms that of reinforcement ring.The rib reinforcement has no obvious reinforcement effect on both non-radial nozzles.
