摘 要:为满足裂解反应器下封头复杂的工艺配管要求,设计了一种带温箱和垫板的新型裙座结构。利用有限元法,对裙座结构在温度场、温度-内压耦合作用和不同初始间隙尺寸下的应力状况、接触特性、应力分布变化规律进行了分析。裙座筒体存在两个由温差产生的高应力环状区,主要应力类型为弯曲应力,其应力状态基本不受内压和初始间隙变化的影响。接触压力和内压的增加会显著加强垫板下焊缝附近的应力集中。初始间隙对垫板应力分布的影响存在临界值,当间隙长度超过垫板宽度的80%时,裙座结构应力最大位置由裙座筒体转移至垫板半锥顶角对侧,应力最值随间隙尺寸增加持续增大,威胁裙座结构完整性。A new skirt structure with warm box and backing plate was designed to fulfill complex piping requirements at the bottom head of a cracking reactor.Through using finite element method,the stress state,contact characteristics and stress distribution features of the skirt structure with different initial gaps were analyzed under the temperature field and thermal-mechanical coupled field.The increase of contact pressure and internal pressure can significantly strengthen the stress concentration near the weld under the backing plate.The influence of the initial gap on the stress distribution of the backing plate has a critical value.When the gap length exceeds 80%of the width of the backing plate,the maximum structural stress position of the skirt is transferred from the skirt cylinder to the opposite side of the top angle of the backing plate’s semi-cone.The maximum stress value continues to increase with the increase of the gap size,which threatening the structural integrity of the skirt.
