摘  要:针对乙烯裂解炉大能力第二急冷换热器的工艺和结构特性对其各关键部位进行设计,并制作试验件进行应力测试,以验证其结构的可靠性和合理性。最终应用于百万吨乙烯项目,开车后各项指标满足工艺要求,使用情况良好。Considering both process and structural characteristics of the 2nd quenching heat exchanger with large-capacity in ethylene cracking furnace,the heat exchanger’s key parts were reasonably designed and the specimen concerned were prepared for stress testing there so as to verify both reliability and rationality of the quenching heat exchanger.Application in the ethylene project of million tons of production capacity indicates that various index after the start-up of the project can meet process requirements along with good application effect.
