摘 要:试验旨在探索小反刍兽疫疫苗和羊痘疫苗相互之间免疫效果的影响,选择90只参试羊采用单独免疫小反刍兽疫疫苗和羊痘疫苗以及两种疫苗联合免疫方式,并于免疫前及免疫后第7、14、21、28、90、210 d采集血液样本,通过阻断ELISA和间接ELISA检测其抗体水平。结果显示,两种疫苗单独免疫的抗体合格率到免疫后210 d时均在75%以上,达到国家规定标准(70%)。两种疫苗联合分点免疫情况下,小反刍兽疫疫苗免疫效果比单独免疫效果好,其抗体阳性率在免疫后第7、14 d时极显著高于单独免疫(P<0.01),21 d时显著高于单独免疫(P<0.05);羊痘疫苗免疫效果比单独免疫效果较差,其抗体阳性率在免疫后第7、14、21 d时极显著低于单独免疫(P<0.01),28 d时显著低于单独免疫(P<0.05),到免疫后210 d时抗体合格率仅为63.3%,未达到国家标准。研究表明,羊痘疫苗与小反刍兽疫疫苗联合免疫时,羊痘疫苗可以促进小反刍兽疫疫苗的免疫效果,而小反刍兽疫疫苗却抑制了羊痘疫苗的免疫效果。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of peste des petis ruminants vaccine and sheep pox vaccine on each other.A total of 90 sheep were selected to be immunized with peste des petis ruminants vaccine,sheep pox vaccine alone and the combination of the two vaccines.Blood samples were collected before immunization and at 7,14,21,28,90 and 210 d after immunization.The antibody levels were detected by blocking ELISA and indirect ELISA.The results showed that the qualified rate of antibody of the two vaccines alone immunization was more than 75%at 210 d after immunization,which reached the national standard(70%).In the case of combined fractional immunization,the immunization effect of peste des petis ruminants vaccine was better than that of single immunization,and the antibody positive rate was extremely higher at 7 and 14 d after immunization than that of single immunization(P<0.01),and was significantly higher at 21 d after immunization than that of single immunization(P<0.05).The immune effect of sheep pox vaccine was worse than that of single immunization.The antibody positive rate of sheep pox vaccine was extremely lower than that of single immunization at 7,14 and 21 d after immunization(P<0.01),and was significantly lower than that of single immunization at 28 d(P<0.05).The qualified rate of antibody was only 63.3%at 210 d after immunization,which did not meet the national standard.The study indicates that when combined with sheep pox vaccine and peste des petis ruminants vaccine,sheep pox vaccine can promote the immune effect of peste des petis ruminants vaccine,while peste des petis ruminants vaccine can inhibit the immune effect of sheep pox vaccine.
