摘 要:试验旨在研究饵料中添加复合植物多糖对澳洲淡水龙虾血清生化指标的影响。选择规格相近、体格健壮的澳洲淡水龙虾180尾随机分为两组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾虾。对照组龙虾饲喂基础饵料,试验组使用复合植物多糖替代基础饵料中1%的豆粕。试验期8周。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组龙虾血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),试验组龙虾血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量及谷草转氨酶(AST)活性均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,使用由五倍子多糖和无花果多糖组成的复合植物多糖替代基础饵料中1%的豆粕可显著提高澳洲淡水龙虾血清免疫功能,降低血脂指标。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary complex plant polysaccharides on serum biochemical indices of Cherax quadriarinatus.A total of 180 healthy Cherax quadriarinatus with similar specifications were randomly divided into two groups with three replicates per group and 30 lobsters per in each replicate.The lobsters in control group were fed with the basal diet,and the lobsters in experimental group were fed with compound plant-derived polysaccharides instead of 1%soybean meal in the basal diet.The trial lasted for 8 w.The results showed that compared with control group,the content of TP,ALB,GLB and HDL-C in serum of lobsters in experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of TC,TG,LDL-C and AST activity in serum of lobsters in experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that replacing 1%soybean meal in the diet with complex plant polysaccharide composed of Rhus chinensis Mill.polysaccharide and Ficus carica Linn.polysaccharide could significantly improve the serum immune function and reduce the lipid index of Cherax quadriarinatus.
