数控保温箱对哺乳仔猪行为、生长与健康的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在探究数控保温箱对仔猪行为表达和生长健康的影响。试验选取24窝健康状况相近、产期相近的大白母猪后代,分别提供数控保温箱(R组)和传统保温箱(T组),每组12窝,每窝即1个重复。试验期2个月。结果显示,与T组相比,14、23日龄时,R组仔猪的侧卧存在增多趋势(0.05<P<0.1);23日龄时,R组仔猪的走动时长显著升高(P<0.05);7、14、23日龄时,R组仔猪的游戏行为发生次数均显著增多(P<0.05);7、14日龄时R组仔猪的同伴掀拱行为极显著增多(P<0.01),23日龄时R组仔猪的同伴掀拱行为显著增多(P<0.05)。与T组相比,R组仔猪7日龄时探究行为显著增多(P<0.05),14日龄时探究行为有增多趋势(0.05<P<0.1)。与T组相比,R组仔猪的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。7日龄时,R组仔猪的皮肤损伤显著高于T组(P<0.05)。研究表明,数控保温箱能够为哺乳仔猪提供更适宜的环境,满足动物福利要求,改善仔猪行为,提高生长性能和健康水平。The aim of the experiment was to explore the effects of numerical control incubator on the behavior expression and growth health of piglets.Twenty-four litters of white sows with similar health status and similar perinatal period were provided with numerical control incubators(group R)and traditional incubators(group T),with 12 litters in each group and one replicate in each litter.The experiment lasted for 2 months.The results showed that compared with group T,the lateral decubitus of piglets in group R increased at 14 d and 23 d of age(0.05<P<0.10).At 23 d of age,the walking time of piglets in group R was significantly increased(P<0.05).At 7 d,14 d and 23 d of age,the occurrence times of game behavior of piglets in group R were significantly increased(P<0.05).The companion arching behavior of piglets in group R was extremely increased at 7 d and 14 d of age(P<0.01),and that of piglets in group R was significantly increased at 23 d of age(P<0.05).Compared with group T,the probing behavior of piglets in group R was significantly increased at 7 d of age(P<0.05),and had an increasing trend at 14 d of age(0.05<P<0.1).Compared with group T,the average daily gain of piglets in group R was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05).At 7 d of age,skin damage of piglets in group R was significantly higher than that in group T(P<0.05).The study indicates that numerical control incubator can provide more suitable environment for lactating piglets,meet the animal welfare requirements,improve piglet behavior,growth performance and health level.
