摘　　要：耳痒螨是猫常见的皮肤寄生虫性疾病。猫马拉色菌皮肤病经常由其他潜在疾病诱发,或常与其他皮肤病并发。成都新瑞鹏宠物医院接诊的1例典型病例,结合患猫实际发病情况、临床症状及血常规、血液生化检查、耳道检查等结果,确诊为耳痒螨和马拉色菌混合感染,同时采取了一系列综合治疗措施和方法,最终取得了良好的治疗效果。文章以此典型病例作为研究对象,通过分析猫耳痒螨和马拉色菌病混合感染的治疗过程,以期为该病在临床中的治疗和防控提供参考。Otodectes cynotis is a common parasitic skin disease in felines.Malassezia felis dermatosis is often induced by or associated with other underlying diseases.A typical case received by Chengdu Xinruipeng Pet Hospital was diagnosed as a mixed infection of Otodectes cynotis and Malassezia based on the actual morbidity,clinical symptoms,blood routine,blood biochemical examination,ear canal examination and other results of the sick cat.At the same time,a series of comprehensive treatment measures and methods were adopted,and finally achieved good therapeutic effect.The article takes typical cases as the research object,and analyzes the treatment course of feline Otodectes cynotis and Malassezosis mixed infection,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment,prevention and control of the disease.
