摘 要:试验旨在探究不同驱虫药和不同驱虫频率对赛加羚羊种群寄生虫感染的影响,从而指导赛加羚羊繁育过程中寄生虫病用药,以达到更好地保护赛加羚羊种群的目的。研究采用伊维菌素、阿苯达唑、伊丙净对赛加羚羊种群进行春秋两季驱虫,采用伊维菌素对赛加羚羊种群进行不同频率驱虫,通过采集粪便经饱和食盐水漂浮法进行虫卵漂浮后观察,检测不同药物和不同驱虫频率对赛加羚羊肠道寄生虫的影响。结果显示,近年来半散养赛加羚羊种群主要感染的寄生虫为艾美耳球虫、毛首线虫、类圆线虫、细颈线虫、莫尼茨绦虫、囊尾蚴。使用伊维菌素驱虫时线虫减少率最大为92.30%,球虫为76.30%;使用阿苯达唑驱虫时线虫减少率最大为95.56%,球虫为60.00%;使用伊丙净驱虫时线虫减少率最大为92.68%,球虫为33.33%。2020年驱虫前后感染率等指标明显低于2018年、2019年,间隔两周连续驱虫后感染率低于10%,驱虫前感染率降低为60%。研究表明,伊维菌素、阿苯达唑、伊丙净均可有效控制赛加羚羊寄生虫,长期使用同一种驱虫药会造成药效降低,交替使用3种驱虫药且间隔2周的重复驱虫可更好地控制半散养赛加羚羊种群寄生虫感染。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effects of different deworming drugs and different deworming frequencies on the parasitic infection of Saiga tatarica population,so as to guide the selection of parasitic diseases drugs in the breeding process of Saiga tatarica,so as to achieve the purpose of better protection of Saiga tatarica population.In the study,ivermectin,albendazole and Yibingjing were used to deworm Saiga tatarica population in spring and autumn,and ivermectin was used to deworm Saiga tatarica population at different frequencies.Feces were collected and floated by saturated salt water and eggs were observed to detect the effects of different drugs and different frequency of deworming on intestinal parasites of Saiga tatarica.The results showed that in recent years,the main parasites infected by semi-free-range Saiga tatarica population were Eimeria,Trichocephalus,Strongyloides,Leptochochoides,Monizia,Cysticercus.The maximum reduction rate of nematodes was 92.30%and 76.30%for coccidia when ivermectin was used.The maximum reduction rate of nematode was 95.56%and that of coccidium was 60.00%when albendazole was used.The maximum reduction rate of nematodes was 92.68%and that of coccidioides was 33.33%when Yibingjing was used.The infection rate before and after deworming in 2020 was significantly lower than that in 2018 and 2019.After two weeks of continuous deworming,the infection rate was less than 10%,and the infection rate before deworming was reduced to 60%.The study indicated that ivermectin,albendazole and Yibingjing could effectively control the Saiga tatarica parasite.Long-term use of the same deworming agent would reduce the efficacy of the same deworming agent,and alternating use of three deworming agents and repeated deworming at an interval of 2 w could better control the parasite infection of semi-free-range Saiga tatarica population.
