摘 要:文章旨在通过总结疾病模型的近交系小鼠遗传特性以及繁育特征,在饲养繁殖过程中不断调整、改善繁殖策略,以此实现疾病模型近交系小鼠品系的稳定遗传和可持续繁殖。结果显示,对疾病模型的近交系小鼠使用近交系常规繁育保种方法进行保种,并通过增加孕鼠营养、孕期特殊关照、放置丰容玩具、饲喂不同营养物质的饲料、调整配种周龄、替换繁殖种鼠等措施,可有效提升小鼠离乳存活率、增加经产胎次、提升母鼠受孕率,从而提升小鼠品系的整体繁殖性能,使小鼠稳定繁殖传代。The paper aims to summarize the genetic characteristics and breeding characteristics of inbred mice of disease models,and continuously adjust and improve the breeding strategy in the process of breeding,so as to achieve stable inheritance and sustainable reproduction of inbred mice of disease models.The results showed that the inbred mice with the disease model were protected by conventional breeding and preservation methods of inbred mice,and through measures such as increasing the nutrition of pregnant mice,special care during pregnancy,placing rich toys,feeding feed with different nutrients,adjusting the breeding week age,and replacing breeding mice,the survival rate of mice was effectively improved,the number of parities was increased,and the pregnancy rate of female mice was increased.Therefore,the overall reproductive performance of the mouse strain was improved,and the mouse was propagated stably.
