摘  要:构建了一种电化学传感器MWCNT-Nafion/AuNPs/3-MPA/GCE对4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)具有良好电催化性能。用扫描电镜对自组装膜的形貌进行了表征,用循环伏安法、交流阻抗法、示差脉冲伏安法研究了4-硝基苯酚在修饰电极上的电化学行为。以此材料修饰的玻碳电极受扩散控制,4-NP在该电极表面的反应为两电子转移过程,修饰电极的有效面积是裸电极的2.74倍,采用计时电量法计算了4-硝基苯酚的扩散系数D=5.80×10^(-3)cm^(2)·s^(-1)。修饰电极的响应电流与4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)的浓度在2.0×10^(-6)~4.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.7μmol·L^(-1)(S/N=3)。该传感器重复性好、稳定性高、有一定的抗干扰性。对实际水样中的4-NP的含量进行了测定,加标回收率在90.7%~107.0%范围之间。The electrochemical sensor MWCNT-Nafion/AuNPs/3-MPA was constructed.It showed good electrocatalytic performance for 4-nitrophenol(4-NP).The morphology of composite membrane was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The electrochemical behavior of 4-nitrophenol at modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry,AC impedance,differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).Electrochemical parameters were calculated with the electron transfer number(n)as 2,the effective area of modified electrode was 2.74 times that of bare glassy carbon electrode.The diffusion coefficient D of 4-nitrophenol was estimated to be 5.80×10^(-3)cm^(2)·s^(-1).Under the optimal conditions,good linear relationship was obtained for 4-NP at range of 2.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)to 4.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),with the detection limit(S/N=3)of 0.7μmol·L^(-1).Accordingly,the reproducibility,stability and anti-interference tests were carried out.Furthermore,the designed sensor was successfully applied to detect 4-NP in actual water samples and the recovery was found to be 90.7%~107.0%,showing the good accuracy of the method.
