摘  要:量子点荧光探针已广泛用于酚类化合物的检测,但用于具有特殊结构的酚类化合物8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)检测的相关研究报道很少。本文以硅烷偶联剂KH550和抗坏血酸为原料,通过一步水热法制备了蓝光硅量子点(B-SiQDs)。研究发现,8-HQ对B-SiQDs有显著荧光猝灭效应;在最佳实验条件下,8-HQ浓度在0.01~0.4 mmol·L^(-1)范围内与B-SiQDs荧光猝灭率呈良好线性关系,检测限0.12μmol·L^(-1)。将该方法用于护发素样品中8-HQ的检测,加标回收率在96%~107%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)低于1%,结果令人满意。Fluorescent probes based on quantum dot have been widely used in the detection of phenolic compounds,but there are few reports on the detection of 8-hydroxyquinoline(8-HQ)due to its special structure.Blue-emitting silicon quantum dots(B-SiQDs)were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using silane coupling agent KH550 and ascorbic acid as raw materials.It was found that 8-HQ had a significant fluorescence quenching effect on B-SiQDs.Under the optimal experimental conditions,linear relationship was found between the concentration of 8-HQ and the fluorescence quenching efficiency of B-SiQDs in the range of 0.01~0.4 mmol·L^(-1),and the detection limit is 0.12μmol·L^(-1).The method was applied to the detection of 8-HQ in hair conditioner samples.The recoveries were in the range of 96%~107%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 1%.The results were sat-isfactory.
