摘 要:以废弃沃柑果皮为原料,通过高温分解法制备出具有多孔性特点的沃柑皮基活性炭材料,同时还优化制备工艺,研究其对结晶紫染料的吸附性能,并通过吸附等温线模型和动力学模型探讨该活性炭对结晶紫染料的吸附机理。结果表明,沃柑皮基活性炭最佳制备工艺参数为:炭化温度700℃,炭化时间2 h,此最优条件下制备的活性炭的比表面积约为526 m^(2)/g。而沃柑皮基活性炭吸附结晶紫染料最佳吸附条件为:沃柑皮基活性炭0.1500 g、质量浓度为400 mg·L^(-1)的结晶紫溶液100 mL、吸附时间为8 h、吸附温度为40℃,此时去除率达91.17%,吸附量达243.11 mg·g^(-1)。且通过吸附等温模型和动力学模型分析得知,该活性炭对结晶紫溶液的吸附过程属于单分子层吸附,而吸附动力学比较符合准二级动力学模型,说明吸附过程主要以化学吸附为主。Using waste fertile orange peel as raw material,a porous fertile orange peel-based activated carbon material was prepared by pyrolysis method.At the same time,the preparation process was optimized,and the adsorption performance for crystal violet dye was studied.The adsorption mechanism of the activated carbon for crystal violet dye was discussed by adsorption isotherm model and kinetic model.The results show that the optimum preparation parameters of wagan peel based activated carbon are as follows:carbonization temperature of 700℃,carbonization time of 2 h,and the specific surface area of the activated carbon prepared under the optimum conditions is about 526 m^(2)/g.The optimum adsorption conditions for fertile orange peel-based activated carbon to adsorb crystal violet dye are as follows:fertile orange peel-based activated carbon 0.1500 g,100 mL of crystal violet solution with a mass concentration of 400 mg·L^(-1),adsorption time of 8 h and adsorption temperature of 40℃.At this time,the removal rate is 91.17%and the adsorption capacity is 243.11 mg·g-1.And through the analysis of adsorption isothermal model and kinetic model,it is known that the adsorption process of the activated carbon to crystal violet solution belongs to monolayer adsorption,and the adsorption kinetics is more in line with the quasi second-order kinetic model,indicating that the adsorption process is mainly chemical adsorption.
