摘  要:为解决胺液水冷器微量泄漏难以及时发现的难题,建立了离子色谱法测定循环水中N-甲基二乙醇胺含量的方法。采用SH-CC-4型色谱柱,以甲烷磺酸和18-冠醚-6为淋洗液,N-甲基二乙醇胺质量浓度在(0.08~250)mg·L-1范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的二次曲线关系,相关系数为0.9991,检出限(3S/N)为0.08mg·L-1,加标回收率97.3%~104.4%。该方法操作简便、检出限低,具有良好的精密度和准确度,可用于胺法脱硫装置循环水中泄漏胺液的检测。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to detect trace leakage of amine solvent cooler in time,a method for deter-mination of N-methyl diethanolamine in circulating water by ion chromatography was established.SH-CC-4 column was used with methanesulfonic acid and 18-crown-6 as eluent.The peak area showed a good quadratic curve relationship with the concentration in the range of 0.08 to 250mg·L^(-1).The correlation coefficient was 0.9991,the detection limit(3S/N)was 0.08mg·L^(-1).The values of recovery found were in the range of 97.3%~104.4%.The method is easy to operate.It has low detection limit,good precision and accuracy.It can be used for leakage detection of amine solvent in amine desulfurization unit.
