摘　　要：上呼吸道感染(URTIs)是造成儿童就诊的主要原因。鼻腔冲洗是一种方便、有效和廉价的物理治疗方式,通过物理清除、改善黏液纤毛清除功能和抗病毒作用,有助于减轻临床症状。目前鼻腔冲洗在儿童URTIs的应用尚缺乏统一规范,存在临床使用误区。本共识在阐明上述机制和疗效的基础上,结合儿童年龄和生理的特点,推荐适合不同年龄儿童的鼻腔盐水冲洗装置,选择适宜的盐水温度和浓度,介绍使用操作过程及注意事项等,为URTIs的儿童提供一种有效的可供选择的治疗策略。Upper respiratory tract infections(URTIs)in children are leading cause of pediatric consultations.Nasal irrigation is a convenient,effective,and cheap physical therapy.Through physical clearance,improving mucociliary clearance function and antiviral effect,it can help reduce clinical symptoms and is recommended for the treatment in URTIs.Currently,the application of nasal irrigation in children with URTIs is still lacking in unified standards,and there are some misunderstandings in clinical usage.Based on clarifying the above mechanism and curative effect,combined with the age and physiological characteristics of children,this expert consensus recommends nasal saline irrigation device suitable for children of different ages,selects appropriate saline temperature and concentration,and introduces the operation process and precautions.The consensus provides an alternative effective treatment strategy for children during the period of URTIs.
