摘 要:为评价草地贪夜蛾监测工具诱集效果、自然发育和对夏玉米的危害情况,2020年6—10月在湖北枣阳设立观察试验点,系统观测了高空测报灯、太阳能频振式杀虫灯和性诱剂的诱集效果,调查了夏玉米田草地贪夜蛾发生量、为害率,比较了不同生育期发生虫量和为害的差异,以及草地贪夜蛾对玉米不同生育期、玉米不同部位的产卵和化蛹选择性。同时采用田间笼罩接虫的方法,观察了草地贪夜蛾的自然发育历期。结果表明,采用高空测报灯监测草地贪夜蛾具有诱虫量多、峰次明显的特点,监测效果明显优于其他方式;而性诱剂监测始见日早。草地贪夜蛾田间发生的幼虫量、玉米为害率在不同玉米生育期之间存在明显的差异,1龄幼虫发生趋向于玉米苗期,苗期幼虫发生量明显高于乳熟期和成熟期;草地贪夜蛾在玉米小喇叭口期的平均为害株率高于或显著高于其他生育期。草地贪夜蛾偏向于玉米叶片背面产卵,但与叶片正面无显著差异。草地贪夜蛾显著偏好入土化蛹。自然条件下,草地贪夜蛾全生育期发育历期为(26.65±7.49)d,雌雄性比约为1.46∶1,存活率为32%。To preliminarily evaluate the trapping effect of monitoring tool,understand the natural development process of Spodoptera frugiperda(fall armyworm)and its damage to summer corn in the field,and provide a basis for the prediction and the scientific and reasonable control of S.frugiperda,we established an observation test site in the field of Zaoyang,Hubei Province from June to October 2020.The trapping effects of the vertical-pointing searchlight trap,solar-powered frequency-vibrancy insecticidal lamp,and sex pheromone attractant were systematically observed.The occurrence and damage rate of S.frugiperda were investigated,and the oviposition and pupation preference of S.frugiperda to different growth stages and different parts of corn were investigated and compared.At the same time,the natural development period of S.frugiperda was observed by using the method of caged inoculation in the field.The results showed that the monitoring of S.frugiperda by searchlight trap had a large number of catches and obvious peaks,and the monitoring effect was significantly better than other methods.However,the first day of S.frugiperda occurrence monitored by sex pheromone attractant was earlier than other methods.There were significant differences in the number of larvae and the damage rate in corn among different corn gro wth stages.The occurrence of first instar larvae tended to occur at the seedling stage of corn,and the number of larvae at the seedling stage was higher than that at the milk and mature stage of corn.The average rate of corn infested by S.frugiperda larvae was higher in the V8 stage than in other growth stages of corn.The female adults of S.frugiperda tended to oviposit on the back of corn leaves,but there was no significant difference between the front and back of leaves.S.frugiperda had a significant preference to pupate in the soil.Under natural conditions,the whole development duration of S.frugiperda was about 26.6±7.49 days,the sex ratio was about 1.46∶1,and the natural survival rate was about 32%.
