中药治疗肾性蛋白尿机制的研究进展

摘　　要：蛋白尿是多种肾脏疾病的主要症状,是加剧肾功能损伤的危险因素。降低尿蛋白水平对延缓肾脏疾病进展意义重大。传统中药在治疗蛋白尿方面具有较大潜力,兼具价格低廉及副作用小等优势,诸多研究已经证实传统中药可有效降低尿蛋白水平。针对蛋白尿的发病机制选择适合的中药可提高临床疗效。本文将以蛋白尿的发病机制为主线,综述近年来中药治疗蛋白尿的相关研究,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Proteinuria is the main symptom of various kidney diseases and a risk factor affecting the progression of renal function.It is of great significance to reduce the level of urine protein to delay the progression of kidney disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has great potential in the treatment of proteinuria,with advantages of low price and few side effects.Many studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the level of urinary protein effectively.According to the pathogenesis of proteinuria,the selection of suitable Chinese medicines can improve the clinical efficacy.This paper will take the pathogenesis of proteinuria as the main line,and review the relevant studies on the treatment of proteinuria with Chinese medicines in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
