摘　　要：伪膜性肠炎(PMC)是一种主要发生于结肠和小肠的急性纤维素渗出性炎症。近年来,随着广谱抗生素的大量使用,患者的自身免疫功能失衡,PMC的发病率和病死率逐渐上升,而重症监护室(ICU)患者的PMC发病率和病死率更是居高不下。本文拟对PMC的诊断及治疗进展作一综述,以期为临床诊疗决策提供参考。Pseudomembranous colitis(PMC)is an acute fibrous exudative inflammation that mainly occurs in the colon and small intestine.In recent years,with the extensive use of broad-spectrum antibiotics,patients'autoimmune function is unbalanced,and the incidence and mortality of PMC are gradually rising,especially in ICU patients.This article aims to provide a review of the diagnosis and treatment progress of PMC,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions.
