摘 要:以乙酸锌、硫脲及氧化石墨烯为原料,通过微波加热法成功合成了硫化锌/还原氧化石墨烯(Reduced graphene oxide,RGO)复合材料。采用紫外光谱、红外光谱、透射电镜、拉曼光谱及X-射线衍射对其进行表征。结果表明,氧化石墨烯成功被还原,不规则的硫化锌纳米粒子附着在还原氧化石墨烯上,降低石墨烯片层的团聚。将ZnS/RGO滴涂在玻碳电极(Glassy carbon electrode, GCE)表面,利用脉冲伏安法(Differential pulse voltammetry, DPV)研究核黄素在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,并对检测条件进行了优化,结果显示,在pH=6.0的磷酸缓冲液中,核黄素的浓度在0.3μmol·L^(-1)~1μmol·L^(-1)与1μmol·L^(-1)~80μmol·L^(-1)范围内与其峰电流呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.029μmol·L^(-1)。该传感器具有良好的稳定性和选择性,其用于牛奶和血清中核黄素的检测,加标回收率为95.40%~105.73%。In this paper,zinc sulfide/Reduced graphene oxide(ZnS/RGO)nanomaterials were successfully synthesized by microwave method using zinc acetate,thiourea and graphene oxide as raw materials,and were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrum,infrared spectrum,transmission electron microscope,Raman spectrum and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that graphene oxide(GO)was successfully reduced and irregular ZnS nanoparticles were attached to the RGO to reduce the agglomeration of graphene sheets.The electrochemical behavior of riboflavin(RF)on glassy carbon electrode(GCE)was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)and the detection conditions were optimized.The modified electrode showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.3−1μmol·L^(-1) and 1−80μmol·L^(-1) at pH=6.0 phosphoric acid buffer and the detection limit was 0.029μmol·L^(-1).The sensor had good stability and selectivity.It can be used for the analysis of RF in milk and serum,with a recovery of 95.40%−105.73%.
