摘  要:为解决传统煤矿机电管理体制死板老套、矿机电技术人员专业素质低、机电设备与技术无法推广等问题,提高智能矿山建设质量,满足矿山煤矿机电管理技术应用需求,现提出一套有效的煤矿机电管理技术创新方案。首先,针对智能矿山建设现状,分析了煤矿机电管理技术需求。其次,从检修、验收、入井管理,人员综合素质管理,现场管理3个方面入手,为实现对煤矿机电管理技术创新提出建设性建议。最后,研究了技术创新举措运用效果。结果表明,本文提出的煤矿机电管理技术创新方案具有较高的可靠性和可行性,不仅实现了采煤工作面机械化、自动化操作,还保证了煤矿开采的高效性、安全性。In order to solve the problems of traditional coal mine mechanical and electrical management system being rigid and outdated,low professional quality of coal mine mechanical and electrical technical personnel,and inability to promote mechanical and electrical equipment and technology,improve the quality of intelligent mine construction,and meet the application requirements of coal mine mechanical and electrical management technology,an effective innovative plan for coal mine mechanical and electrical management technology is proposed.Firstly,based on the current situation of intelligent mining construction,the technical requirements for coal mine electromechanical management were analyzed.Secondly,from maintenance,acceptance,and well management.Personnel comprehensive quality management.Starting from three aspects of on-site management,constructive suggestions are proposed to achieve technological innovation in coal mine mechanical and electrical management.Finally,the effectiveness of technological innovation measures was studied.The results indicate that the innovative plan for coal mine mechanical and electrical management technology proposed in this article has high reliability and feasibility.It not only achieves mechanized and automated operation of coal mining faces,but also ensures the efficiency and safety of coal mining.
