摘  要:以某相控阵雷达天线面阵为分析对象,基于相关性模型对天线面阵进行测试性建模仿真,得到故障检测率、故障隔离率等指标。根据仿真结果分析冗余测试与不可检测故障,完成测试性模型优化改进。与优化前的结果相比,故障隔离率有了明显提高,从而验证了测试性优化的有效性,可为其他产品测试性建模与优化设计提供参考。With an antenna planar array of a phased-array radar as the analysis object,the testability modeling and simulation of the antenna array are conducted based on the correlation model to obtain some specifications such as the fault detection rate and fault isolation rate.According to the simulation results,the redundant test and non-detectable faults are analyzed,and the testability model is optimized and improved.Compared with the results before optimization,the fault isolation rate has been significantly improved,thus verifying the effectiveness of testability optimization,which can provide reference for the testability modeling and optimization design of other products.
