摘 要:针对某型地面雷达在调试、使用过程中发生的液压系统天线边块锁销缸活塞杆缩回问题,分析了双液控单向阀两腔密封性能的差异,及油液温度效应对锁销缸锁紧回路静态性能的影响,阐述了问题产生的机理,提出了采用单液控单向阀的策略,并通过试验验证了该策略的有效性,对其他锁紧和平衡等液压回路研究有一定的参考价值。Considering the piston rod retraction problem of lock pin cylinders for radar antenna side blocks in the hydraulic system during the debugging and operation of a ground radar,the differences in the sealing performance of the two cavities of the dual-hydraulic controlled check valve as well as the impact of oil temperature effect on the static performance of the locking circuit of the lock pin cylinders are analyzed,the mechanism of the problem is described,and the strategy of using the single-hydraulic controlled check valve is proposed and verified to be effective through the test,which is of reference value for other hydraulic circuit such as locking and balancing.
