三种典型饲料植物在咸阳地区的光合表现

摘  要:象草凭借其丰富的营养价值和生态功能,已成为咸阳地区产业结构调整,乡村振兴和农民增收的重要来源。为揭示几种典型饲料植物在咸阳地区的生产性能,以甜象草、红象草和芦竹为材料,对3种饲料植物在咸阳地区的光合特征、叶绿素含量、叶片氮含量和草产量进行测定。结果表明:甜象草和红象草的净光合速率显著高于芦竹,芦竹的蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度和气孔导度显著高于甜象草和红象草,甜象草和红象草净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度间差异不显著,胞间二氧化碳浓度间差异显著;甜象草和红象草的水分利用效率显著高于芦竹,其中甜象草的水分利用效率最高,其次是红象草和芦竹;甜象草和芦竹的叶绿素含量和氮含量显著高于红象草;甜象草和红象草的草产量极显著高于芦竹,其中甜象草的草产量最高,其次是红象草和芦竹。结合区域实际,综合分析认为,较适宜在咸阳地区推广和种植利用的是甜象草,其次是红象草和芦竹。The cultivation of Pennisetum purpureum has become an important measure to adjust the industrial structure,promote rural revitalization and increase the income source channels of farmers in the Xianyang region of Shaanxi Province,and due to its rich nutritional value and ecological function of P.purpureum.Experiments were carried out with sweet P.pur-pureum,red P.purpureum,and Arundo donax to reveal the photosynthetic performance of several kinds of typical forage plants in the Xianyang region in this study.We detected the photosynthetic gas exchange parameters,water use efficiency(WUE),chlorophyll content(SPAD),leaf nitrogen content,and grass yield of three perennial herb species.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of sweet P.purpureum and red P.purpureum was significantly higher than that of A.donax;the transpiration rate,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,and stomatal conductance of A.donax were much higher than those of sweet P.purpureum and red P.purpureum;the differences in net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance between sweet P.purpureum and red P.purpureum were not significant,while the differences in intercellular carbon dioxide concentration between sweet P.purpureum and red P.purpureum were significant;the water use efficiency of sweet P.purpureum and red P.purpureum was significantly higher than that of A.donax,with sweet P.purpureum having the highest water use efficiency,followed by red P.purpureum and A.donax;the chlorophyll and nitrogen contents of sweet P.purpureum and A.donax were significantly higher than those of red P.purpureum;the grass yields of sweet P.purpureum and red P.purpureum were very much higher than those of A.donax,with sweet P.purpureum having the highest grass yield,followed by red P.purpureum and A.donax.The comprehensive analysis concluded that sweet P.purpureum,fol-lowed by red P.purpureum and A.donax,is more suitable for promotion and planting in the Xianyang area,combined with the regional reality.
