基于SWOT方法的云南省金平砂仁合作社品牌建设分析和对策研究

摘  要:特色农业品牌化发展有利于促进区域农民增收和乡村振兴。通过对云南金平砂仁专业合作社的实地调研,对合作社发展的现状进行介绍和对比,并借助SWOT对合作社品牌建设进行分析。研究得出,金平砂仁区域品牌建设效果显著,合作社品牌化发展尚处于起步阶段;合作社品牌建设既拥有良好自然资源条件等优势,也存在产品研发不足、产业集群程度弱等劣势,并且外部良好发展环境机遇和市场风险、生态环境压力等挑战并存。建议金平砂仁合作社协调发展生态环境保护与砂仁规范化种植,并通过砂仁产品创新和研发提升合作社品牌竞争力,积极进行产品和合作社品牌的推广和营销。同时政府加大多方位支持,壮大培育砂仁产业集群,多举措推动金平砂仁专业合作社品牌建设。The brand development of characteristic agriculture is conducive to promoting regional farmers’income and rural revitalization.We collect data from Fructus amomi professional cooperatives of Jinping County in Yunnan Province by field survey.The paper describes and compares cooperative development and analyzes the brand construction of the cooperatives based on the SWOT method.The results show that the F.amomi regional brand construction of Jinping is remarkable,and the brand development of the cooperative is still at the initial stage.The cooperative brand construction not only has advantages,for example,well natural resources but also has disadvantages like insufficient product R&D and weak degree of industrial clusters.It has opportunities for well external development environment and challenges such as market risks and Eco-environmental pressures.Some measures will promote the brand construction of F.amomi professional cooperatives of Jinping.The cooperatives should coordinate the development between ecological environment protection and standardized planting of F.amomi.They can improve the brand competitiveness of cooperatives through F.amomi products R&D and ac-tively promote and market the products and cooperative brands.The government can increase support in multiple aspects to strengthen and cultivate the F.amomi industrial cluster.
