开级配混合料PAC-13施工质量管控研究

摘　　要：从施工质量管控角度出发,结合相关工程应用情况,对开级配混合料PAC-13施工质量管控的关键环节和要点进行了阐述,并从原材料选择、配合比设计和施工工艺要点控制三个方面进行了分析和总结,提出粗细集料、填料、沥青胶结料、外加剂、配合比设计中关键筛孔及施工工艺等控制指标,从而指导PAC-13的成功铺筑。From the perspective of construction quality control,the key links and key points of construction quality control for open-graded mixture PAC-13 are elaborated in combination with relevant engineering application,and the analysis and summarization are carried out from three aspects like raw material selection,mix design and key points control of construction technology.The control indicators such as coarse and fine aggregates,fillers,asphalt binder,additives,key sieves in mix design and construction technology and so on are put forward,so as to guide the successful laying of PAC-13.
