摘 要:船舶航行于冰区时,水中的冰块与船舶产生相互作用,对船体本身以及水下装备如螺旋桨等产生直接的碰撞及间接的干扰.高转速螺旋桨所在的流场内,冰块与螺旋桨的直接碰撞几率很小,而冰块的间接干扰却一直伴随着船舶在整个冰区内的航行.针对无冰及不同冰况下的VP1304螺旋桨进行建模,开展螺旋桨推力系数变化理论分析与STAR-CCM+数值模拟工作,并进行数值模拟与模型试验的验证,研究不同浮冰位置、浮冰尺寸对螺旋桨推力系数的影响.结果表明:数值模拟与模型试验对比工作的结果吻合良好.推力系数值的敏感性随浮冰尺寸增加及浮冰与螺旋桨距离减小而变化越大;在进速系数为0.1时,各个冰况下螺旋桨推力系数相较于无冰流场增加2%左右,随着进速系数的增加,推力系数增加也越快;在进速系数为1.0时,浮冰尺寸为2D、距离螺旋桨0.1 m处,推力系数增加37%左右.When the ship is sailing in the ice area,ice in the water will interact with the ship,which will produce direct collision and indirect interference with the hull itself and underwater equipment such as the propeller.In the flow field where the high speed propeller is located,the direct collision probability between the ice and the propeller is very small,but the indirect interference of the ice block accompanies the navigation of the ship in the whole ice area.This paper models VP1304 propeller without ice and under different ice conditions,carries out theoretical analysis and STAR-CCM+numerical simulation of propeller thrust coefficient,and verifies the numerical simulation and model test.The influence of different ice floe position and ice floe size on propeller thrust coefficient is studied.The results show that the numerical simulation and model experiment are in good agreement.The sensitivity of thrust coefficient varies with the increase of floating ice size and the decrease of distance between floating ice and propeller.When the advance velocity coefficient is 0.1,the thrust coefficient of propeller increases by about 2%compared with that of ice-free flow field under each ice condition.With the increase of the advance velocity coefficient,the thrust coefficient increases fast.When the inlet velocity coefficient is 1.0 and the ice floe size is 2 D,the thrust coefficient is increased by about 37%at a distant 0.1 m from the propeller.
