摘  要:为解决船用柴油机关键零部件在使用井式渗碳炉时出现的气氛流动不均匀问题,基于流体力学分析软件ANSYS Fluent,根据某大型圆筒形井式渗碳炉的具体结构和尺寸建模并模拟炉内的气体流动过程.通过分析炉内气氛的流动特点,揭示了不同入口速度下炉内气氛的流动规律,从而指导设备风扇转动速度的选取.同时,为进一步均匀炉内气氛,设计出具有不同角度的导流装置.通过对加装导流装置前后炉内流场模拟结果分析发现,加装导流装置后炉内流速不均匀的情况能得到较好的改善,且导流装置呈270°时效果最佳.优化后的流场流速相较于原始流场速度提升达到36%~40%,解决了渗碳炉内工作区域与风扇区域流速差异过大的问题,使炉内气氛流动性得到了较为明显的改善,为新型渗碳炉的结构改进和技术创新提供了理论支撑.In order to solve the problem of uneven atmosphere flow when the key parts of marine diesel engine use the well carburizing furnace,based on the hydrodynamics analysis software ANSYS fluent,the model is established according to the specific structure and size of a large cylindrical well carburizing furnace,and the gas flow process in the furnace is simulated.By analyzing the flow characteristics of the atmosphere in the furnace,the flow law of the atmosphere in the furnace under different inlet speeds is revealed,so as to guide the selection of the rotating speed of the equipment fan.At the same time,in order to further homogenize the atmosphere in the furnace,flow guiding devices with different angles are designed.Through the analysis of the simulation results of the flow field in the furnace before and after the installation of the guide device,it is found that the uneven flow velocity in the furnace can be better improved after the installation of the guide device,and the effect is the best when the guide device is at 270°,and the optimized flow velocity can be increased by 36%~40%compared with the original flow velocity.This study solves the problem of excessive flow velocity difference between the working area and the fan area in the carburizing furnace,significantly improves the atmosphere fluidity in the furnace,and provides theoretical support for the structural improvement and technological innovation of the new carburizing furnace.
