摘　　要：以人工智能技术为核心的计算政治宣传加剧了舆论生态的全球性、多样性和复杂性。本文在国家安全视域下,对计算政治宣传的原理机制进行解析,总结计算政治宣传的主体、方式与目标,从维护国家安全的角度出发,说明计算政治宣传给国家舆论安全带来的挑战。新技术革命下,面对各方政治力量对舆论话语权和信息传播渠道的争夺,计算政治宣传的治理需要综合多元主体力量、完善风险评估机制和技术制衡机制、构建算法安全监管体系和国家战略传播体系。Computational political propaganda centered on artificial intelli-gence technology exacerbates the globality,diversity and complexity of public o-pinion ecology.From the perspective of national security,this paper analyzes the principles and mechanisms of computational political propaganda,and summari-zes the subject,methods and goals of computational political propaganda.From the perspective of maintaining national security,this paper illustrates the chal-lenges brought by calculated political propaganda to the security of national public opinion.Under the new technology revolution,in the face of the competition of various political forces for the discourse power of public opinion and information dissemination channels,the governance of computational political propaganda re-quires the integration of multiple subject forces,the improvement of risk assess-ment mechanisms and technical checks and balances,the establishment of an al-gorithmic safety supervision system and the communication of national strategies system.
